Anne Dacko, M.D., FAAD
Dr. Anne Dacko completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University in 1993. In 1997, she received her medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Dr. Dacko did post graduate work at the American Hospital in Paris followed by a dermatology residency at New York Medical College.
After serving as chief resident in dermatology, she joined the staff of Beth Israel Medical Center. In 2002, Dr. Dacko pursued a fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and laser surgery at the Skin Cancer Unit of the internationally renowned St. John's Institute of Dermatology, in London. Dr. Dacko's practice is not only limited to skin cancer surgery, but also includes treatment of a wide range of skin diseases as well as cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Dacko is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, The Dermatological Society of Greater New York, The American Society for Mohs Surgery and the Association of Academic Dermatologic Surgeons. Dr. Dacko is a member of staff at New York Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, St. Lukes-Roosevelt Medical Center and Beth Israel Medical Center. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Dacko's main interest is patient care, and providing the patient the most pleasant experience possible in her office. Patients are attended to in a timely manner in a comfortable setting. All questions are answered and patients are provided with information regarding their options for treatment to create an individualized care plan specialized to their diagnosis. |
